Based on popular workshops created by Donna Mallard and Amy Munroe, these web-based courses are 100% staffing industry specific. The courses have been tried and proven and focus on realistic, practical material that can be applied on the job immediately.
We focus on the skills that make a staffing professional successful, while you can focus on your company specific training. These are not just on-line courses.
Each course includes:

Staffing Consultant
The staffing consultant track focuses on the core skills needed to perform the operations functions of a staffing service. This track is intended for any new hire to your company, as well as seasoned staff members.
Business Development
The Business Development track focuses on the skills needed to perform the sales functions of a staffing service. These courses are intended for any business development representative or salesperson.
General Courses
Hundreds of courses are pre-integrated with SumTotal’s on-demand LMS and cover the broad spectrum of business needs. The courses are easily accessed anywhere, any time, on-demand via the Internet.
Course Pricing
Staffing e Trainer courses may be purchased individually or by Learning Plans through an annual subscription. Each subscription is valid for one year from date of activation. Our retail rates are listed below, however we do offer association membership and volume discounts. For more information, please contact us.
